Chef Cat Kora , whom you may know from Iron Chef, has worked to create recipes based on her Greek-American upbringing and family-inspired favorites to bring a little bit of the Mediterranean to Florida and Disney.

Something is different about this place

The staff is friendly and willing to offer drink suggestions, including wines, some of which are Cat's own California private label wines, and authentic Greek beers. Something very special about Kouzzina is that they have an open kitchen, which allows guests to watch their meals being prepared and maybe get some cooking tips along the way! They have oak ovens and a wood-burning grill that add to the authenticity of the flavors inside.

Exotic flavors to delight your taste buds

The restaurant is family-friendly and offers a nice range of traditional Mediterranean fare, from hummus to a flavorful harissa yogurt spread , lamb dishes, spanakopita ( a delicious Greek spinach pie loaded with feta cheese and unique spices), lamb, and lamb of course Baklava. How could you go to a Greek restaurant and not order baklava? So save room for dessert and enjoy some of their tasty treats.
