According to the BBC’s Moneybox, an umbrella firm that was a member of the FCSA was accused of depriving contractors of thousands of pounds in holiday pay. Last Saturday afternoon, the BBC Radio 4 program heard an unidentified contractor who said they had to threaten employment tribunal (ET) action before their umbrella firm paid out holiday pay owed to them and many colleagues totaling around £6,000 each.
